A theater production becomes a dangerous dance of power and seduction when a young actor discovers that the manipulative director who holds his career in her hands may also be the one who will tear him apart, both on and off the stage.

“BACKSTAGE” is a compelling drama about power abuse in the world of theater. We want to shine a light on a pressing topic that is still too often overlooked and tolerated, not just in the theater world, but in any kind of workplace – and no matter the gender constellation.
